Abstract (English):
Forecasting the development of territories plays an important role in the rational use of land resources and is part of the overall system of preliminary planning. The main goal of the formation and development of a network of social and cultural facilities is to create favorable conditions for the life of the population. According to the strategy of the Tyumen municipal district, it is proposed to locate the following objects of local importance: a catering establishment and a hotel.
