Abstract (English):
The paper is devoted to the problems of land management ensuring of the State Program of unused land involvement into agricultural curve and reclamation complex development measurement complex realization. Changes in the area of unused lands and the possibility of their involvement in economic turnover are considered, and methodological approaches to solving the problem of unused lands by means of land management are proposed.
