In the article, the authors identified ESG factors of sustainable spatial development of agricultural business. The authors consider the scientifically based spatial development of agricultural business based on ESG principles as a stage of transformational transition to sustainable development models. It is proved that the most important source of ESG transformation resources in the spatial development of agricultural business is the growth of exports of products. The driver of the introduction of innovative ESG strategies is the growth of exports of agricultural business products. Due to this, the bulk of the resource potential of ESG transformations is formed. A significant increase in the resource potential of ESG transformations is facilitated by an increase in export revenue within the framework of investment projects of cooperation between the BRICS member states. There is a relationship between risk assessment and subsequent risk management in the agricultural business with the principles of ESG strategy.
