GEODETIC SUPPORT FOR CADASTRAL WORKS IN THE FORMATION OF ZOUIT (ZONES WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF TERRITORY USE)

Abstract (English):
In the article, the authors consider the legal and technical aspects of cadastral works in relation to a real estate object, taking into account the provisions of modern regulatory legal acts and industrial safety requirements. The authors pay attention to the methodology and technology of geodetic works in accordance with SP 11-104-97 (Engineering and geodetic surveys for construction). The choice of the most effective method of geodetic satellite measurements using GNSS equipment for specific field conditions and the algorithm for further processing of the accumulated data are analyzed. The analysis of the accuracy of the obtained coordinates of characteristic points in accordance with the Order of Rosreestr No. P/0393 is given. It is concluded that the accuracy and reliability of the obtained results make it possible to minimize the occurrence of errors and, accordingly, reduce the number of land disputes and form sustainable development of territories [6]. The authors also draw attention to the industrial safety requirements regarding the size of the security zone of low-pressure gas pipelines, of which there are a sufficient number in any gasified settlement.
