SETTLEMENT GROUPING GORKY MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF THE OMSK REGION BY PARAMETERS OF LAND AND NATURE USE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Due to the inseparability of the use of land and natural resources, the systems of land and nature use are closely interrelated and dependent on each other. Natural resources are unevenly distributed throughout the territory, differ in their characteristics, which leads to a variety of lands even within the boundaries of one municipal district. In the development of projects and forecasts for the development of certain territories, the method of grouping is used, which consists in dividing territorial units into groups depending on the selected indicators and their values. In the study, settlements within the boundaries of the Gorky municipal district act as territorial units. Grouping is carried out according to the parameters of land and nature use. The indicators of agricultural development and forest cover of the territory are used, which are defined as complex indicators of land and nature use. For each indicator, a scale has been developed depending on their numerical values. At the first stage, the settlements are grouped separately for each indicator. At the second stage, the final grouping was carried out, taking into account the groupings for each indicator, the optimal value of indicators for the area of the object location and the existing system of land and nature management of the district. As a result, all the settlements of the district are grouped into four groups. Each group differs in the value of the indicators of agricultural development and forest cover of the territory, the directions of nature management for the settlements included in each group are determined. Five rural settlements are united in a group of specialized agricultural nature management, one urban settlement is classified as specialized forestry nature management. The rest of the rural settlements are classified as integrated nature management. Within the boundaries of five rural settlements, two types of nature management are carried out, within the boundaries of one rural settlement - three types of nature management. The grouping made it possible to take into account the features of the existing systems of land and nature use, which is necessary when determining the directions of development for each settlement.
