In the article, the authors proved that climate change has a significant impact on ensuring food security and effective spatial development of agricultural business. It is proposed to develop a scientifically based model for the distribution of the spatial and climatic potential of the territory using GIS technologies and taking into account the trends of climate change in recent years. The necessity of improving the spatial innovation and investment development of agricultural business at different territorial levels of economic management, modernization of the economic environment of the country's regions, and identification of investment support tools for the economic processes of the agrarian economy in the context of climate change is proved. The authors consider it necessary to develop an institutional environment aimed at the introduction of adapted agricultural production technologies. The directions of improving the regulatory environment aimed at adapting the agricultural business to operate in conditions of climate change are substantiated. Measures are proposed to provide scientific support and information support for initiatives to adapt the agricultural economy to climate change. It is proved that the implementation of the proposed measures creates favorable conditions for ensuring food security and effective spatial development of agricultural business in the face of climate change.
