Abstract (English):
Recent research highlights the changing landscape of agricultural organizations. Different forms of ownership, including peasant farms, household farms, contribute differently to the development of agriculture. The agro-industrial complex faces the problems of sanctions and macroeconomic imbalances, highlighting the need for sustainable development strategies. Modern industrial associations strive to preserve the characteristics of family farms, while creating favorable conditions for larger production structures. Successful agricultural entrepreneurship requires adequate income, credit solvency, and potential for growth. Despite the advantages and disadvantages of different organizational forms, the development of various legal structures in agriculture is crucial for the development of market competition and profitable production.
