Abstract (English):
Modern society is faced with a number of environmental problems, among which one of the most acute is the problem of waste management. One of the ways to dispose of garbage is to create landfills in areas previously used for agricultural production. The modern problem of transferring agricultural lands to public utility lands, in particular the creation of landfills, faces a number of challenges and requires an analysis of current trends to identify the prospects for this process. One of the key trends determining the prospects for land transfer is the growth of the urban population and an increase in the volume of waste produced. The transition of agricultural land to the category of public utilities causes not only economic and social consequences, but also has serious environmental consequences. In this article, we will look at the key aspects of this problem, its impact on the environment and possible ways to solve it.
