Abstract (English):
Modern public administration has a serious need to collect, systematise and analyse in detail reliable and accurate data on land resources due to their critical importance for effective management. However, significant challenges and difficulties arise in this context. One of the main challenges is the rapid and rapidly increasing volume of land-related data. The increasing volume of data requires an increased level of coordination between different information resources, which is becoming difficult due to the current fragmentation between government departments. In order to overcome these difficulties, it is advisable to focus on developing and improving a unified information platform that consolidates land and real estate data into a coherent resource.
