Abstract (English):
The purpose of conducting engineering and environmental surveys is to obtain materials and data on the state of the components of the natural environment and sources of its pollution used in the design of the facility. The materials are necessary for the development of the section "List of environmental protection measures" that ensure the adjustment of conclusions on the assessment of the impact of a capital construction facility on the environment when developing territorial planning documents and territory planning documentation.
