This scientific article touches upon and considers the topical problems of regulating the joint property of spouses. The status of the enterprise as an object of joint property of spouses is determined. Topical legal problems and solutions in court settlement are touched upon. The judicial practice in the regulation of the regime of joint property of spouses is considered and studied. The article provides examples of pre-trial settlement of the joint property regime.
