CLASSIFICATION OF UNUSED AGRICULTURAL LANDS FOR INVOLVEMENT IN CIRCULATION BASED ON MULTI-FACTOR ANALYSIS AND THE SEQUENCE OF WORK FOR THEIR ENGAGEMENT

Abstract (English):
The article considers a methodological approach to the formation of such plans based on a multifactorial analysis, which makes it possible to comprehensively assess the land and resource potential of territories and determine the priority of land development.Multifactorial analysis is presented as a sequence of interrelated stages: preparatory, analytical, desk, field and evaluation. Each stage provides a systematization of data on the legal status of lands, infrastructural security, soil conditions, environmental constraints, socio-economic conditions and opportunities for their economic use. Special attention is paid to the use of GIS technologies, remote sensing, economic calculations and legal expertise. Based on the integrated assessment, the sites are classified according to the groups of expediency of involvement in the turnover, including priority, requiring rehabilitation, subject to conservation or transformation.
