The article considers the formation of a system for controlling the technological process of applying mineral fertilizers in agricultural organizations by creating an agrochemical service, which will be an information support for managerial decision-making by the company’s management. A flowchart of the controlling system is being formed, which is represented as a cybernetic circuit with two feedbacks. The main stages of field trials of the agricultural service are determined: primary screening, evaluation of the effectiveness of technology, introduction of technology into the farm. The main functions of the department are clarified in the context of information and analytical support for the managing staff of an agricultural organization. Taking into account the functions inherent in the agricultural department, as an information and analytical system, the necessary competencies of employees are determined. It is noted that the agrochemical department should have an expanded information and analytical function covering various functional areas of the organization. For this, policies, procedures, regulations for reflecting information, presenting data, conducting business operations and conducting activities are defined and disclosed as part of the tools for implementing economic sustainability controlling,»allowingto standardize the business management process.
