The article review the role of coaching in providing support to aerospace industry executives in the process of making complex decisions in an unstable environment. The relevance of this topic is due to the situation in the modern rocket, space and aviation industries, where business managers have to make difficult decisions in conditions of constant variability and uncertainty. In light of rapidly changing technologies and geopolitical factors, effective decision making becomes a key factor for success. At the same time, such a support tool for managers as coaching is underestimated in this area, while it is one of the most effective tools that helps develop leadership skills, improve management efficiency and cope with stress in difficult situations. In summary, the article provides important research in the field of leadership and management development in the aviation and space industry. The article provides a definition of the main terms and concepts used. Particular attention is paid to various aspects of the implementation of coaching to improve the productivity and effectiveness of managers in this industry. The authors discuss basic coaching principles and techniques that can be applied to help leaders make decisions, manage stress, develop leadership skills, and resolve conflicts. It also examines the impact of coaching on developing team performance, improving interpersonal relationships, and creating a positive work environment. The study results provide practical recommendations for the use of coaching as a means of developing and supporting executives in the aerospace industry. Overall, the article highlights the importance of coaching as a tool for resolving difficult situations and improving management effectiveness in the face of constant change in the industry.
