The article examines current trends and approaches to education in higher education institutions. The article highlights various innovative teaching methods, such as the use of information technology, active and interactive learning, the use of online resources, etc. The author analyzes the experience of introducing these methods into the educational process, considers the advantages and challenges faced by teachers and students. Special attention is paid to the results of research conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of new approaches. The paper also explores the prospects for the development of innovative teaching methods in higher education. The authors discuss the possibilities for further improvement and development of existing approaches, as well as offer recommendations for integrating new technologies and methods into the educational process. In general, the article provides an overview of the current state and directions of development of innovative teaching methods in higher education, and also emphasizes their importance for the modern educational process.
