Abstract (English):
The article examines the importance of leadership in the process of developing and implementing strategies in an organization. The author analyzes the influence of leadership qualities on the formation and successful implementation of strategies, identifying key aspects that determine the effectiveness of leadership in strategic management. The role of a leader in forming a clear and inspiring strategic vision for an organization is considered. The author highlights the importance of a leader’s ability to ensure understanding and support of strategic goals among team members. The contribution of the leader to the strategy development process is analyzed, including the ability to identify strategic opportunities, analyze the competitive environment and make strategic decisions. The paper highlights the role of a leader in motivating staff and mobilizing resources for the successful implementation of strategies and discusses methods to stimulate the enthusiasm and dedication of team members in achieving strategic goals. The importance of ethical behavior and value orientation in strategic leadership is also analyzed.
