Rules of registration and publication of articles

1. The originality of the articles. Accepted for publication, appropriate scientific areas of the journal articles that the author has collected new original, previously unpublished results of scientific research, theoretical, practical (innovative) development, ready for use and is a topical (demand) at the present stage of scientific development, either representing the scientific and cognitive interest. The article needs to clearly present the current state of the problem, research method and the results obtained.
The use of more than 10% of another, previously published, his text is not recommended. The editors will not consider manuscripts submitted simultaneously to other journals, as well as works that are for the most part already been published in the form of an article or part of another work in any other printed publication or by electronic media.
All published materials undergo a compulsory scientific, stylistic and technical editing, in accordance with the requirements of WAC to the publication of scientific literature. Scientific review is carried out by members of the editorial Board and invited reviewers. Reviewers ‘ recommendations are the basis for the final decision on publication of the article.

2. Plagiarism (from the Latin. plagiatus – kidnapping) is expressed in illegal use under the name of another product or another’s ideas, and in the fragments of foreign borrowing works without specifying the source of borrowing, intentional appropriation of authorship.
Under the plagiarism is understood as verbatim copying and paraphrasing someone else’s text. The use of borrowing the text of another author, the link to the source. Plagiarism can be detected both at the stage of obtaining articles using computer-based methods, and at the stage of peer review. All suspected plagiarism carefully checked. In the case of confirmation of plagiarism or falsification of results, the article will be immediately rejected.

3. The article should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the scientific community and the scientific networks Scopus and Web of Science (Rules for the design of articles – see here).
Pay attention to the design of the list of references for the English-language block of the article – References (read here).

The material in the article should be presented in a structured, if possible (at least in meaning, or font) the following sections: introduction; methods and methodology of the study; the experimental base, the course of the study; results and discussion; application of results; conclusions.

4. The author must inform (necessarily) your name, surname, academic degree, academic title, honorary title, position, place of work, city (place in upper left corner before the title of the article) – in Russian and English languages.
In addition, each author must complete the author’s card (form attached).

5. Title of the article should be worded clearly and specifically, and to fully correspond to its content. Title of the article feature in the center, gaining 14 font, bold, capital letters, dot in the end is not put – on Russian and English languages.

6. All of the tables in the article should be numbered (sequentially numbered), have titles, links to them in the text required.
The tables placed after the references in the text. Each table should be numbered, have a brief, corresponding to the content name. Graph titles (sidehead) and rows (cap) should be formulated concisely and accurately. The information presented in the table should be succinct, vivid, and clear to understand and respond to the content of that part of the article that it illustrates. The table uses common abbreviations and approved in the International system of units (GOST 8.417-81) units of physical and mathematical values. If you are using other system of units, this should be agreed separately.
The table is allowed to print 12 font through 1 interval.
Tables are performed by the standard means of Microsoft Word or imported from Excel (without any information).

7. All figures (charts, diagrams, graphs, pictures) in the article should be numbered (sequentially numbered), to have captions, reference in text required.
The figures come after the references in the text. Figures should be clear, multicolor (colors are bright and saturated) and is available for printing reproduction, made in the form, ensuring the clarity of all details. If the figures shown on the axes, you must specify their name and to designate a numeric value.

8. Formula to draw a clear and understandable way, revealing all lettering. For formulas and letter symbols to them in the text, you must use the equation editor of Microsoft Word with the default settings: font 16, font style normal (not italic, not bold).
Scanning formulas from other sources (books, magazines, etc.) is not allowed.

9. List of references (at least 6 sources) is mandatory. Placed at the end of the article (not in footnotes) in the order they are mentioned. The presence of references in the text preferably (numbered references are given in the text in square brackets in normal text format).
The list is made in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Citation. General requirements and rules” and GOST R 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of making”. A link to each source is given in the language in which it is published.

10. The presence of abstract, key words, or combinations and UDC to publish necessarily.
Abstract (Summary) – font size 14, 1.5 line spacing, 1-3 sentences, no less than 10 lines in Russian and English languages.
Key words or combinations (Keywods) – font size 14, 1.5 line spacing, 1-3 lines, no more than 8 words in Russian and English languages.
Authors draw attention to the need to provide high quality professional English translation of abstract and keywords. Automated translation using software systems is strictly prohibited!
UDC (Universal decimal classification) is an international system of classification of documents covering all spheres of human knowledge used for the organization of informational databases. The technique of indexing in the UDC system is a set of methods and rules to construct an index of concepts the content of a certain document. Get advice on working with the UDC classifier and definition of code works in a standard library. Necessary information is also available on the Internet.

12. The article must attach supporting documents: a letter of recommendation, review and the author’s card.
A recommendation letter is written in any form, issued on the letterhead of the academic institution which employs or undertakes research, the author signs it the rector (Director), Vice-rector for research (Deputy Director), head of Department (head of Department) or the research supervisor. The basis for letters of recommendation can be the minutes of the faculty meeting of the academic Council of the faculty, the decision of the rector or Vice-rector with the appropriate signature.
The review is written by a doctor or candidate of Sciences in researches of the author. The review substantiates the novelty and relevance of the article, logic of presentation, the scientific validity of findings and conclusions includes the recommendation of the reviewer in relation to the article.
The review should be signed by the reviewer indicating his academic degree, rank and position, as well as certified by the stamp and signature of the head of the personnel Department of the institution, contain the date of its signing.
The purpose of a scientific publication is a contribution to science. The value of this contribution is determined by the reviewer. The publication of questionable data discreditied not only the author but also the entire scientific community and science in General. If you are in doubt of the validity of the content of the article, the reviewer needs to say it in the review.
In addition, the author (s) must complete, sign and send to the editor author’s card.

13. Providing articles to the editor:

In the process of preparation of manuscripts all correspondence with the authors, the editorial staff is only by email.

14. The procedure for the adoption and promotion of the article:

1. Getting a version of the article (+supporting documents), reading it, reviewing, and message author (for 2-4 weeks) on the decision of the Editorial Board for its publication.

2. In the case of a negative decision of the reviewer, the article is sent to author for revision.

3. In the case of a positive decision together with the notification of the decision is sent to the author.

4. Preparation of articles the editorial staff and its publication the number specified in the invoice.

5. Sending the author’s copy of the journal after publication of the edition.

15. No received material will not be returned.

16. For the factual side of the articles legal and other responsibility of the authors.

17. The editorial Board reserves the right to reproduce submitted by the authors of the materials (publication, reproduction) without limitation of copies.

Publication ethics and malpractice statement

  1. Introduction

1.1. The publication in a peer reviewed learned journal, serves many purposes outside of simple communication. It is a building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. For all these reasons and more it is important to lay down standards of expected ethical behavior by all parties involved in the act of publishing, namely: the authors, the journal editors, the peer reviewers, the publisher and the scientific community for International agricultural journal.

1.2. Publisher supports the scientific communications and invests in the given process but also bears its responsible for observance of all present-day recommendations in the paper to be published.

1.3. Publisher undertakes the obligations concerning supervision of scientific materials. The papers to be published in the Journal are clean “reports” of the scientific thought and study development, therefore we also understand our responsibility for proper submission of these “reports”, especially from the viewpoint of ethic aspects of the publications described in the present document.

 

  1. Duties of Editors

2.1. Publication decision

The Editor of International agricultural journal scientific Journal is solely and independently responsible for decision for publication, often in conjunction with the relevant scientific community. The validation of the work in question and its scientific importance must always be in the basis of the decision on publication. The Editor may be guided by the policies of the Editorial Board of the International agricultural journal and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers (or community officers) in making this decision.

2.2. Decency

An editor should evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

2.3. Confidentiality

The editor and Editorial board of International agricultural journal  must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher. The peer-reviewing is blind.

2.4. Disclosure and Conflicts of interest

2.4.1. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor’s own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.

2.4.2. Editors should recuse themselves (i.e. should ask a co-editor, associate editor or other member of the editorial board instead to review and consider) from considering manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or (possibly) institutions connected to the papers.

2.5.Vigilance over published record

An editor presented with convincing evidence that the substance or conclusions of a published paper are erroneous should coordinate with the publisher (and/or society) to promote the prompt publication of a correction, retraction, expression of concern, or other note, as may be relevant.

2.6. Involvement and cooperation in investigations

An editor should take reasonably responsive measures when ethical complaints have been presented concerning a submitted manuscript or published paper, in conjunction with the publisher (or society). Such measures will generally include contacting the authors of the manuscript or paper and giving due consideration of the respective complaint or claims made, but may also include further communications to the relevant institutions and research bodies.

 

  1. Duties of Reviewers

Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editorial communications with the author may also assist the author in improving the paper. Peer review is an essential component of formal scholarly communication, and lies at the heart of the scientific method. Publisher shares the view of many that all scholars who wish to contribute to publications have an obligation to do a fair share of reviewing.

3.2. The journal conducts a double-blind peer review of manuscripts received. The reviewer reviews the manuscript without knowledge of the authors’ names. Likewise, the author does not know the name of the reviewer. Correspondence between the author and the reviewer takes place via e-mail in the e-edition on the journal’s website.

3.3. Promptness

Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor of International agricultural journal and excuse himself from the review process.

3.4. Confidentiality

Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.

3.5. Standard and objectivity

Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

3.6. Acknowledgement of Sources

Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor’s attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

3.7. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

3.7.1. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in a reviewer’s own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.

3.7.2. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.

 

  1. Duties of Authors

4.1. Reporting standards

4.1.1. Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

4.1.2. Review and professional publication articles should also be accurate and objective, and editorial ‘opinion’ works should be clearly identified as such.

4.2. Data Access and Retention

Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data (consistent with the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases), if practicable, and should in any event be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

4.3. Originality and Plagiarism

4.3.1. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

4.3.2. Plagiarism takes many forms, from ‘passing off’ another’s paper as the author’s own paper, to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another’s paper (without attribution), to claiming results from research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

4.4. Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication

4.4.1. An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal of primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

4.4.2. In general, an author should not submit for consideration in another journal a previously published paper.

4.5. Acknowledgement of Sources

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit, written permission from the source. Information obtained in the course of confidential services, such as refereeing manuscripts or grant applications, must not be used without the explicit written permission of the author of the work involved in these services.

4.6. Authorship of the Paper

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.

 

4.7. Fundamental errors in published works

When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in a published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the editor of “Ekologia i promyshlennost Rossii” International agricultural journal and cooperate with Publisher to retract or correct the paper, If the editor or the publisher learn from a third party that a published work contains a significant error, it is the obligation of the author to promptly retract or correct the paper.

 

  1. Duties of the Publisher

5.1. The Publisher should observe the principles and procedures that support editors, reviewers and authors of International agricultural journal in accordance with the given requirements.

5.2. The Publisher should support the editors International agricultural journal in considering any complaints raised concerning ethical issues and help communications with other journals and/or publishers where this is useful to editors.

Journal founded in January 1957 two-month scientific and industrial journal about achievements of world science and practice in agriculture, is produced in A4 size 64 bands, volume 10 study-ed. L. the Magazine is distributed in Russia, other CIS countries and abroad by subscription.

"International agricultural journal" is included in the approved by the Presidium of the HAC Ministry of education and science in December 2015."The list of leading reviewed scientific magazines and editions in which should be published basic scientific results of dissertations on competition of scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of science" database of International information systems for agricultural science and technology AGRIS, FAO of the UN and in the Russian index of scientific citation (RISC).

"International agricultural journal" constantly monitors the development of the most progressive forms and methods of economic mechanism in agriculture.He deals with the problems of self-government, self-sufficiency, use of financial and credit levers, introduction of progressive forms of organization of production and labour, innovation, competitiveness and promoting entrepreneurial activity at all levels, marketing, land relations, etc. d.

The editorial Board devotes a considerable space of land relations and land management, highlights the features of the agrarian and land reforms in countries with different development orientation, the most progressive forms and methods of improvement of economic mechanism, with respect to large cooperative farms and individual farms.

Keeping mainly the international aspect of its publications, the journal widely covers the achievements of Russian science and practice, specific to certain regions, attaches great importance to maintaining food security in Russia, cooperation of the CIS countries in the fields of agriculture.

The journal has following sections:
-land relations and land management;
-agricultural reform and forms of management;
-scientific support of agriculture;
-food security issues, WTO;
-state regulation and management of agribusiness.

The Editorial policy

The mission of the journal is the creation of conditions for integration of modern advances in agricultural science and agricultural business effective.

The aim of the journal is to contribute to the world scientific community and specialists interested in problems of agriculture, with the latest achievements of science and agricultural practices to ensure sustainable development. The range of articles included problem investigation and solving, analytical and methodological papers, review by subject matter of the journal.

The purpose of the magazine is to promote the practical implementation of scientific and agricultural solutions in improving resource efficiency of agriculture.

The editorial Board acts in accordance with the provisions of international standards and codes of publishing ethics (COPE). The editors of ANO MSHR presents the requirements for the implementation of ethical standards for authors and reviewers . publishers. In detail the issue of publication ethics is disclosed on the relevant page.

Review

Submitted manuscripts are evaluated editor-in-chief or Deputy editor for appropriateness for the journal and identify thematic sections (headings) in which it can be published.

The reviews are kept in editorial office for 5 years.

Upon request, the review is sent to the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.

Feature articles submitted for publication are peer reviewed. The journal adopted an order-blind peer review:

  • the article is sent for review (by e-mail) to the reviewer-a specialist, usually from editorial Board members in charge of this thematic section in the journal with accompanying official letters and “Notes to reviewer”;
  • written review, including the General expert opinion on the relevance and feasibility of it for publication in the journal; specific comments and suggestions for improving the text set out in the opinion and, if necessary, note in the text, is forwarded by the reviewer to the editorial office by e-mail within 3 weeks.
  • the review is sent to e-mail the authors for review;
  • the authors ‘ response to a review and a new version of the article sent to the editor for a final conclusion or continue the discussion in the form of a repeated review;
  • scientific editing of the article takes place after final review with the conclusion on the publication, scientific discussion with the author can be continued in the process of scientific editing;
  • in case of negative conclusion of the reviewer the article and the reviewer are sent to the chief editor for the decision on further review or rejection of the article.

In order to expedite the review and publication of articles, the author along with the article to submit one review of a specialist (doctor, PhD) working in the field of the article, but not working in the same organization with the author. The subsequent review by members of the editorial Board determines the final decision on publication.

Copyright

The editors will consider for publication only original materials that were not previously published and not under consideration to the editors of other publications.
The copyright of published articles belongs to the journal “international agricultural journal” and author. The Issuer may use any means of communication to spread the articles to the transfer material and transfer the rights to re-publish (to enter into a sublicense agreement). The publication of the article in another publication, completely or partially, is possible only with notification of the editorial Board and provided that all subsequent publications contain reference to the original publication in the journal “international agricultural journal”.

Plagiarism

All published materials undergo a compulsory scientific, stylistic and technical editing, in accordance with the requirements of WAC to the publication of scientific literature. Scientific review is carried out by members of the editorial Board and invited reviewers. Reviewers ‘ recommendations are the basis for the final decision on publication of the article.

2. Plagiarism (from the Latin. plagiatus – kidnapping) is expressed in illegal use under the name of another product or another’s ideas, and in the fragments of foreign borrowing works without specifying the source of borrowing, intentional appropriation of authorship.
Under the plagiarism is understood as verbatim copying and paraphrasing someone else’s text. The use of borrowing the text of another author, the link to the source. Plagiarism can be detected both at the stage of obtaining articles using computer-based methods, and at the stage of peer review. All suspected plagiarism carefully checked. In the case of confirmation of plagiarism or falsification of results, the article will be immediately rejected.

3. The article should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the scientific community and the scientific networks Scopus and Web of Science (Rules for the design of articles – see here).
Pay attention to the design of the list of references for the English-language block of the article – References (read here).

The material in the article should be presented in a structured, if possible (at least in meaning, or font) the following sections: introduction; methods and methodology of the study; the experimental base, the course of the study; results and discussion; application of results; conclusions.

4. The author must inform (necessarily) your name, surname, academic degree, academic title, honorary title, position, place of work, city (place in upper left corner before the title of the article) – in Russian and English languages.
In addition, each author must complete the author’s card (form attached).

5. Title of the article should be worded clearly and specifically, and to fully correspond to its content. Title of the article feature in the center, gaining 14 font, bold, capital letters, dot in the end is not put – on Russian and English languages.

6. All of the tables in the article should be numbered (sequentially numbered), have titles, links to them in the text required.
The tables placed after the references in the text. Each table should be numbered, have a brief, corresponding to the content name. Graph titles (sidehead) and rows (cap) should be formulated concisely and accurately. The information presented in the table should be succinct, vivid, and clear to understand and respond to the content of that part of the article that it illustrates. The table uses common abbreviations and approved in the International system of units (GOST 8.417-81) units of physical and mathematical values. If you are using other system of units, this should be agreed separately.
The table is allowed to print 12 font through 1 interval.
Tables are performed by the standard means of Microsoft Word or imported from Excel (without any information).

7. All figures (charts, diagrams, graphs, pictures) in the article should be numbered (sequentially numbered), to have captions, reference in text required.
The figures come after the references in the text. Figures should be clear, multicolor (colors are bright and saturated) and is available for printing reproduction, made in the form, ensuring the clarity of all details. If the figures shown on the axes, you must specify their name and to designate a numeric value.

8. Formula to draw a clear and understandable way, revealing all lettering. For formulas and letter symbols to them in the text, you must use the equation editor of Microsoft Word with the default settings: font 16, font style normal (not italic, not bold).
Scanning formulas from other sources (books, magazines, etc.) is not allowed.

9. List of references (at least 6 sources) is mandatory. Placed at the end of the article (not in footnotes) in the order they are mentioned. The presence of references in the text preferably (numbered references are given in the text in square brackets in normal text format).
The list is made in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Citation. General requirements and rules” and GOST R 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of making”. A link to each source is given in the language in which it is published.

10. The presence of abstract, key words, or combinations and UDC to publish necessarily.
Abstract (Summary) – font size 14, 1.5 line spacing, 1-3 sentences, no less than 10 lines in Russian and English languages.
Key words or combinations (Keywods) – font size 14, 1.5 line spacing, 1-3 lines, no more than 8 words in Russian and English languages.
Authors draw attention to the need to provide high quality professional English translation of abstract and keywords. Automated translation using software systems is strictly prohibited!
UDC (Universal decimal classification) is an international system of classification of documents covering all spheres of human knowledge used for the organization of informational databases. The technique of indexing in the UDC system is a set of methods and rules to construct an index of concepts the content of a certain document. Get advice on working with the UDC classifier and definition of code works in a standard library. Necessary information is also available on the Internet.

12. The article must attach supporting documents: a letter of recommendation, review and the author’s card.
A recommendation letter is written in any form, issued on the letterhead of the academic institution which employs or undertakes research, the author signs it the rector (Director), Vice-rector for research (Deputy Director), head of Department (head of Department) or the research supervisor. The basis for letters of recommendation can be the minutes of the faculty meeting of the academic Council of the faculty, the decision of the rector or Vice-rector with the appropriate signature.
The review is written by a doctor or candidate of Sciences in researches of the author. The review substantiates the novelty and relevance of the article, logic of presentation, the scientific validity of findings and conclusions includes the recommendation of the reviewer in relation to the article.
The review should be signed by the reviewer indicating his academic degree, rank and position, as well as certified by the stamp and signature of the head of the personnel Department of the institution, contain the date of its signing.
The purpose of a scientific publication is a contribution to science. The value of this contribution is determined by the reviewer. The publication of questionable data discreditied not only the author but also the entire scientific community and science in General. If you are in doubt of the validity of the content of the article, the reviewer needs to say it in the review.
In addition, the author (s) must complete, sign and send to the editor author’s card.

13. Providing articles to the editor:

In the process of preparation of manuscripts all correspondence with the authors, the editorial staff is only by email.

14. The procedure for the adoption and promotion of the article:

1. Getting a version of the article (+supporting documents), reading it, reviewing, and message author (for 2-4 weeks) on the decision of the Editorial Board for its publication.

2. In the case of a negative decision of the reviewer, the article is sent to author for revision.

3. In the case of a positive decision together with the notification of the decision is sent to the author.

4. Preparation of articles the editorial staff and its publication the number specified in the invoice.

5. Sending the author’s copy of the journal after publication of the edition.

15. No received material will not be returned.

16. For the factual side of the articles legal and other responsibility of the authors.

Publication ethics and malpractice statement

  1. Introduction

1.1. The publication in a peer reviewed learned journal, serves many purposes outside of simple communication. It is a building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. For all these reasons and more it is important to lay down standards of expected ethical behavior by all parties involved in the act of publishing, namely: the authors, the journal editors, the peer reviewers, the publisher and the scientific community for International agricultural journal.

1.2. Publisher supports the scientific communications and invests in the given process but also bears its responsible for observance of all present-day recommendations in the paper to be published.

1.3. Publisher undertakes the obligations concerning supervision of scientific materials. The papers to be published in the Journal are clean “reports” of the scientific thought and study development, therefore we also understand our responsibility for proper submission of these “reports”, especially from the viewpoint of ethic aspects of the publications described in the present document.

 

  1. Duties of Editors

2.1. Publication decision

The Editor of International agricultural journal scientific Journal is solely and independently responsible for decision for publication, often in conjunction with the relevant scientific community. The validation of the work in question and its scientific importance must always be in the basis of the decision on publication. The Editor may be guided by the policies of the Editorial Board of the International agricultural journal and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers (or community officers) in making this decision.

2.2. Decency

An editor should evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

2.3. Confidentiality

The editor and Editorial board of International agricultural journal  must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher. The peer-reviewing is blind.

2.4. Disclosure and Conflicts of interest

2.4.1. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor’s own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.

2.4.2. Editors should recuse themselves (i.e. should ask a co-editor, associate editor or other member of the editorial board instead to review and consider) from considering manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or (possibly) institutions connected to the papers.

2.5.Vigilance over published record

An editor presented with convincing evidence that the substance or conclusions of a published paper are erroneous should coordinate with the publisher (and/or society) to promote the prompt publication of a correction, retraction, expression of concern, or other note, as may be relevant.

2.6. Involvement and cooperation in investigations

An editor should take reasonably responsive measures when ethical complaints have been presented concerning a submitted manuscript or published paper, in conjunction with the publisher (or society). Such measures will generally include contacting the authors of the manuscript or paper and giving due consideration of the respective complaint or claims made, but may also include further communications to the relevant institutions and research bodies.

  1. Duties of Authors

4.1. Reporting standards

4.1.1. Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

4.1.2. Review and professional publication articles should also be accurate and objective, and editorial ‘opinion’ works should be clearly identified as such.

4.2. Data Access and Retention

Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data (consistent with the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases), if practicable, and should in any event be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

4.3. Originality and Plagiarism

4.3.1. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

4.3.2. Plagiarism takes many forms, from ‘passing off’ another’s paper as the author’s own paper, to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another’s paper (without attribution), to claiming results from research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

4.4. Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication

4.4.1. An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal of primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

4.4.2. In general, an author should not submit for consideration in another journal a previously published paper.

4.5. Acknowledgement of Sources

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit, written permission from the source. Information obtained in the course of confidential services, such as refereeing manuscripts or grant applications, must not be used without the explicit written permission of the author of the work involved in these services.

4.6. Authorship of the Paper

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.

 

4.7. Fundamental errors in published works

When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in a published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the editor of “Ekologia i promyshlennost Rossii” International agricultural journal and cooperate with Publisher to retract or correct the paper, If the editor or the publisher learn from a third party that a published work contains a significant error, it is the obligation of the author to promptly retract or correct the paper.

5.1. The Publisher should observe the principles and procedures that support editors, reviewers and authors of International agricultural journal in accordance with the given requirements.
