Abstract (English):
At present, the fishery industry of Russia is one of the strategic sectors of the economy, designed to provide a sustainable supply of the population with the necessary high-quality fish products. Product-line expansion is restricted due to the specific feature of the activity. In order to update the product line it is required to review the process and to introduce new process lines, which is difficult due to the large financial costs. However, at present, even a small enterprise in the fishery industry can successfully use state support measures in terms of financing measures aimed at expanding and updating the product output.
