Abstract (English):
The article deals with the problem of ecology. The impact of ecology has been developing over a fairly long period of time. The state of the world around us is changing every year, and the saddest thing is not for the better. In the use of such terms as "environmental" or "ecological factor" in assessing any immovable object to understand a natural phenomenon or the quality of the environment and its individual components as well as high quality as these elements of the property, because it is a positive environment in particular, affects the value of the property.
