Abstract (English):
The article discloses issues related to improving the efficiency of municipal finance management in terms of optimizing revenues and expenditures of municipal budgets. The directions related to the administration of taxes, the development of small and medium-sized businesses in municipalities, the management of land resources of municipalities are considered. The developed recommendations can be used for the heads of municipal authorities in order to manage their revenues and expenditures.
