Abstract (English):
Today, the sphere of implementation of any procedures with land plots and real estate objects is one of the main components of the investment attractiveness of the state. The mechanisms regulating such procedures should be as effective as possible for the management of the country's land and property complex. In Russia, the practice of registering a single real estate complex as a real estate object is poorly developed. The article proposes and developed a mechanism for the formation of a single real estate complex, taking into account the principle of the unity of a real estate object with a land plot, in relation to a single real estate complex, signs have been developed to define it as a real estate object in order to improve the procedures for registration in the unified state register of real estate.
