Abstract (English):
The effective development of the economy of agricultural regions is largely determined by the rational organization of the use and protection of agricultural lands. Having a wealth of experience in the development and implementation of land management schemes and projects that ensure stability in the development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of Russia, they have now lost their purpose, as well as land management itself, once covering all regions of the country, which emphasizes the relevance of a comprehensive scientific analysis of land management design , since only on its basis the transition to new forms of land use, territorial organization of production and rational organization of land use is carried out. Based on the results of the study of the features of the formation of modern agricultural land use, the state and use of land resources in the Yurgamysh district of the Kurgan region, scientific and methodological approaches to the development of land management documentation are presented, in particular, the project for organizing the use of agricultural land.
