Abstract (English):
The object of the study is the land plots on the territory of the Republic of Komi that belong to the segment "Gardening and gardening, low-rise residential buildings". The land market occupies a special place in the structure of the real estate market. The terms of most real land transactions are hidden by the parties, which creates certain difficulties in analyzing their value. To determine the cadastral value, information about the real estate market is collected and analyzed. The information base was the data of the offers for the sale of land plots published on the Internet services.
