Abstract (English):
The relevance of the work is due to the fact that planning and organization of the rational use of land in settlements should be carried out on the basis of socio-economic programs, land management, urban planning, environmental and other documentation. In the course of the research, the device and organization of the use of the territory of the Kalinin Administrative District (KAO) of the city of Tyumen was studied. Tyumen is a fairly large city, the population of which as of 01.01.2022 was 828575 people. The city is administratively divided into four territorial districts: Central, Leninsky, Kalininsky and Vostochny. Tyumen has a positive socio-economic assessment, which is reflected in the demographic growth. The city develops and grows with new neighborhoods. The well-being of the urban environment largely depends on the level of employment of the population. The number of employees in large and medium-sized organizations in the city of Tyumen is gradually increasing. With a favorable socio-economic development of the municipality, the population growth is possible above the predicted level, respectively, the demand for housing construction will increase.
