Abstract (English):
In order to increase the efficiency of production, measures are being developed to improve the organization of land use, which are based on the analysis of its existing organization. Taking into account the complex nature of land management, the multiplicity of functions of land in agriculture, proposals for improving the organization of land use should be based on a comprehensive analysis of their condition. The article presents methodological approaches to the implementation of a comprehensive analysis of the organization of land use of an agricultural organization. The object of the study is the agricultural land of the joint-stock company Breeding Stud Farm "Omsky" of the Maryanovsky municipal district of the Omsk region. A comprehensive analysis of the organization of land use was carried out in the following areas: on-farm organization of land use, cadastral organization of the territory, legal, environmental, economic state of land use. In the analysis of the on-farm organization of land use, the area of the farm and its distribution on the land, the objects of organization and engineering equipment of agricultural lands were established. The availability, type, and area of land plots formed by the land mass of the farm have been established. In the course of the legal assessment, the types of rights on which agricultural land is used, the presence of encumbrances and restrictions on the use and compliance with the regime for the use of such land are established. In the course of the environmental analysis, the presence and distribution of negative natural and anthropogenic processes on the territory of the economy were studied, and a scheme of landscape and ecological zoning was developed. The economic assessment made it possible to establish the level of productivity and efficiency of the use of arable land in the cultivation of grain crops. Based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, a package of specialized electronic maps was made, which reflects a set of information on the existing organization of land use of an agricultural organization and will help in making management decisions on the long-term organization of land use.
