Abstract (English):
Determination of the tasks of forensic land management expertise is important for improving the theory and practice of this type of expertise. These tasks allow to specify the subject matter of the expertise kind and its types, to identify the objects of expert researches, to develop the expert examination methodology. In the article on the basis of generalisation of practice of court proceedings on civil, arbitration, administrative cases, cases on administrative offences, on criminal cases the basic tasks for the resolution of which as specialists and experts are involved persons with special knowledge in the sphere of land management and cadastres are considered.
