MATHEMATICAL TOOLS FOR CALCULATING EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY INDICATORS

Abstract (English):
In the course of the research work, a specialized tool package was developed in the form of software and mathematical support, designed to calculate the reliability indicators of technological equipment in the presence of a structural element with reduced reliability (weak reliability node – SNU). The methodological basis of the approach is the assumption that the reliability indicators of a given node are deterministic for assessing the reliability of the equipment as a whole. The developed software product, which uses the principles of probabilistic statistical modeling (Monte Carlo method), provides a functional opportunity to generate representative samples of operating time for failure of the required volume. The approbation of the methodology and algorithmic implementation allowed us to formulate practical recommendations on the use of the toolkit. The created software tool is a development of existing reliability analysis systems for multicomponent technical systems. Its integration into this software package allows for a comprehensive assessment of the reliability characteristics of technological equipment for various functional purposes in a joint accounting mode for both the multicomponence of the structure and the presence of reliability-critical elements.
