THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ CRITICAL THINKING IN THE CONTEXT OF HIGHER ECONOMIC EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to the study of the process of developing critical thinking among students in the framework of higher economic education. The author analyzes modern methods and pedagogical approaches aimed at stimulating critical thinking in the context of teaching economic disciplines. The paper examines the basic principles of the formation of critical thinking, as well as highlights the factors that influence its development in students. Attention is paid to the study of the relationship between the level of critical thinking and success in mastering economic knowledge. The author highlights the need to introduce innovative educational methods that promote the active involvement of students in the learning process, as well as create an environment that stimulates analytical thinking and promotes the formation of independent judgments.
