The article is devoted to the study of the problems of legal regulation of the procedure for organizing and conducting land auctions as a way of involving agricultural land in circulation. The gaps in legal regulation of situations in which the boundaries of an agricultural land plot overlap with the boundaries of a plot that does not have formed boundaries, and the right of the auction organizer to change its conditions, are revealed. The relevance of the study is due to the presence of systemic gaps and contradictions in the legal regulation of land auctions as one of the mechanisms for involving agricultural land in circulation. The following research methods were used in the work: the formal-legal method, the comparative-legal method, and the analysis of judicial practice. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the suggestions made in the article can be used to improve land legislation. The research results are also useful for law enforcement agencies (government bodies, auction organizers, and courts) in resolving disputes related to overlapping boundaries and changing the conditions of auctions.
